Individual Therapy

At WAMBTG, our mission is to provide personalized therapy consulting services to individuals, families and professionals from different backgrounds and cultures. We believe that every individual has unique strengths and challenges, and we work closely with our clients to help them grow in all areas needed. Our treatments help clients create goals surrounding specific challenges, such as mental illness, stress, loss, dependency, or unwanted thoughts and behaviors.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is a form of talk therapy that focuses on the improvement of relationships among family members. Family therapy can consist of many different combinations of loved ones, such as parents/guardians and their children, siblings, grandparents, aunts and uncles, friends, kinship caregivers, etc. 


Family therapy can help fix:

  • Death of a loved one 
  • Mental health Disorders
  • Coping with sudden changes, such as unemployment, moving or incarceration.

Life Skills

Life skills are psychosocial competencies for adaptive and positive behavior that enable you to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of life. Life skills are very important to all of us. Without it, we will fail in life. When an individual is equipped with life skills it helps them unlock their full potential.

In addition to traditional, individual counseling and therapy WAMBTG offers group therapy and workshops. These groups and workshops include a wide variety of support, education and tools that are tailored to the needs of the clients and there mental health needs.
